工艺流程:
苦瓜切丁,加上盐,味精,鸡精,一点点白糖,香油,同鸡蛋在一起打匀 the photo has uploaded:

注意事项:
1 苦瓜切丁吃起来比片的要爽口些 2 半根苦瓜大概就3个鸡蛋的样子,当然具体如何完全可以根据个人喜好决定 3 成菜图不太理想。。。。事实上要比照片上的要好许多,也许是我的摄影技术有待提高吧 4 可以在打蛋时加些水豆粉进去,这样炒出来就不会太散烂了
