细节提示:
1~所谓的花刀就是指不把绿色的皮削完,稍微留那么一点点,这样会比较好看,口感上也有一定的作用 2~猪油还是满重要的,没有虽然不会差到哪里去,不过有的话会更好,没有就用色拉油代替吧 3~下黄瓜后煮两下马上起锅,否则黄瓜吃起来就不脆爽了 4~水不要加多了,否则皮蛋的香味不浓郁,其实~~~~~~如果你一定要加很多水的话,多加几个皮蛋也是可以的 -_-b 5~成菜图里的那些白斑不是泡末,是猪油在闪光灯下的效果 6~夜深了,,,肚子饿了,,,,我就不客气了~~~~~~
